Returns Policy

Before any Returns are accepted by the company a Returns Authorisation Number must be issued

Items no Longer Required or Incorrectly Ordered

Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number within 14 days of delivery.

The Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly stated on the parcel or inside the package.

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us and returns will only be accepted back under the following conditions:

a)    The goods are in a resalable condition

b)    The original packaging is still intact

c)    Parts have not been fitted

d)    The product is a stocked item or a special order item from a supported brand*  (Non supported Brands cannot be returned)

We can arrange collection at a cost of £9.95 (UK Mainland) which will be deducted from your credit

 A credit note will be issued following inspection of returned item(s) with the following deduction:-

  • Stocked items will be subject to a 20% (of the goods invoice value) re-stocking charge
  • Special orders - If the product was ordered especially for you, then you will have been advised when ordering that Supported Brand* products have a 30% restocking fee. (Non supported Brands cannot be returned)
     

If it’s our mistake
 

If it’s our mistake we will pay the carriage costs. If you receive the wrong item, if the item you ordered does not work or works incorrectly, or your order was damaged in shipping, we will cover the cost of the return carriage. Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange with you the most convenient manner for the goods to be returned to us. We will be happy to explain how this works when you contact us.
